Challenges and Execution
While Sincap Tech was working with Seatedly, the platform faced several challenges that preventing them to reach their potential and the app needed a clearer vision for integrating advanced ticketing features:
- Adaptability and User Experience (UX)
Since the platform was already live and operational, integrating NFTs into the existing codebase was a significant challenge, which required careful planning to avoid breaking any existing functionalities. So we had to ensure the new functionality worked seamlessly with the current system without causing disruptions to ongoing operations
- Fraud Prevention
Eliminating ticket fraud was a top priority. Our team developed a fraud-resistant mechanism using blockchain to prevent unauthorized resale and suspicious tickets, which secures infrastructure and ensured ticket authenticity and user trust.
- Blockchain Integration
The biggest challenge was connecting the Solana blockchain to the ticketing system. This was essential for securely creating, managing, and tracking NFT tickets.
