Story of Spotlight Podcast Channel which is our baby

My adventure

of becoming a software developer started 15 years ago and it was not that easy to become a software developer in those years.

Especially there were not that many videos, blogs or tuturials on the internet. Udemy and Coursera were not even around yet, and YouTube offered very limited resources.

Artificial intelligence? It was a distant future that only existed in movies.

For this reason,

while learning software really required great effort and endeavor, it was quite difficult to continue the learning process.

I personally saw that many of us perished on this path. During that period, I started my software development adventure with limited resources and especially C#,

which I learned by working very hard, and I could learn the most by sending direct e-mails to people in the sector.

And this adventure went from a young kid who did not know anything and did not even have a computer to establishing the best and coolest software agency in London.

The world is different now,

to learn something on any subject, just typing a few words on YouTube or Udemy can offer you countless trainings from experts on that subject for free.

So much so that the traditional way of learning is changing, it is easier than ever to learn anything or produce a prototype by just typing any question you want on an artificial intelligence screen.

It was very valuable to carry this voluntary support that I received for someone who learned software as a duty of loyalty throughout my career and

to offer something to the ecosystem at every opportunity, with the well-intentioned blog posts of others like me or

the software errors that I tried to solve for days, and the answers to these emails.

This is why

I attach great importance to the "Give back" culture and I take great care to produce content that will offer what I know to people at every opportunity.

The React Native training I prepared for Udemy and YouTube (1000s of students have taken my training),

The ASO e-book I prepared for App Store Optimization (hundreds of readers),

My experiences, knowledge and content that others find useful that I regularly share on my social media account (content that has reached millions and 21k followers),

The blog posts we share on Linkedin and sincapptech.com (3.5k followers)

And finally, our Turkish and English Podcast Spotlight Podcast channels, where we host successful and expert entrepreneurs from the sector, (nearly 10k total followers)

I believe that value-producing gains value. The greatest proofs of this are the content we produce for the ecosystem and the people we meet through these channels and what they add to our lives.

Let me share some data about our Spotlight YouTube channels, which we have been focusing on and really putting in a lot of effort on lately.

We have had 15 valuable guests so far,

each of whom has many unsuccessful experiences in their field but has not given up and

has spent an average of 2-3 on their successful ventures and only then succeeded.

Now we need a co-founder

who will bring new excitement to us as the fastest growing podcast channel in London,

who will share this excitement with us and who sees a future for himself in this field.

If what you have read up to this point has excited you and you would like to be a part of this business part-time in the beginning and

full-time in the later stages, you can write to me directly.

Finally,

this is not a paid job, we have been doing it voluntarily so far and will continue to do so for a while.

Our expectation from the co-founder is to be a partner in this business and to know that he can make money when our channels are commercialized later.
